AI Marketing for Real Estate: My Recommended Tech Stack
If you're a real estate agent who wants AI to bring in more business, this post walks you through my recommended tech stack for AI marketing for real estate. You'll see which tools get you leads, which ones turn those leads into clients, and which ones bring past clients back with referrals. Leads, conversions and referrals are the three things that make you money, so every tool here earns its place by moving one of them.
No fluff, only tools that make you money.
The foundation: Claude as your marketing command center
Almost everything in this stack runs through Claude. It's the place where your marketing gets planned, written and managed.
Claude also holds your business context: your market, your listings, your past clients and the way you talk. It learns what your buyers and sellers care about, and keeps the Fair Housing guidelines you write by in front of every draft.
It also connects to the apps you use, like HubSpot. That's what makes it a command center. You give the direction in one place, and Claude keeps your apps working together.
Claude drafts, and you approve before anything goes out.
Getting leads: Meta lead ads and Google Business Profile
Two of my favorite lead sources are Meta lead ads and Google Business Profile. Ads reach people who are starting to think about a move. Google Business Profile catches people already searching for an agent in their area.
Meta lead ads
Meta lead ads run on Facebook and Instagram, and they work best for buyers. Someone taps your ad and a short form opens right inside the app.
The form is where the real work happens. Its questions check whether the lead is a fit to be your client: the area they want to buy in, their budget, their timeline, and whether they're pre-approved.
Claude can set up the entire campaign for you, from the audience to the ad copy and the form questions. You review everything before it goes live. Real estate ads fall under Meta's housing category, which limits your targeting options, so plan the campaign around that from day one.
Start the ads once your follow-up in HubSpot is ready for every lead they bring in.
Google Business Profile
Buyers and sellers search Google when they're ready to act. They type "realtor near me" or "sell my house" plus the name of their town. Your Google Business Profile is what shows up.
That's high-intent traffic, and the profile is free. Two things turn it into leads.
First, the profile has to be set up right: complete details, your service areas, real photos of you and your listings, and regular posts. With the right connectors, Claude can run the keyword research for your profile, so your services and posts use the words local buyers and sellers search for.
Second, you need a plan for handling those leads. Someone who finds you on Google and calls is ready to talk now, so answer fast or call back the same day.
You update Google Business Profile directly in Google. Claude drafts your posts and your replies to reviews, and you paste them in.
Converting leads: HubSpot for nurturing and booked calls
Speed and consistency close leads. HubSpot handles both by following up with every lead the moment it lands.
A free CRM that connects to Claude
HubSpot has a free version, and it connects directly to Claude. From a chat in Claude, you can look up a contact, add a new lead, move a deal to the next stage, or log a note after a showing. Your CRM stays current with a few quick messages a day.
If you already pay for a CRM you like, keep it.
Follow-up and a booked call the moment a lead lands
You set up the follow-up once, ahead of time. Claude drafts the messages in your voice, and you approve every one of them before it goes live.
After that, HubSpot sends them automatically when a new lead lands. The first message goes out right away with a link to book a call on your calendar. Leads who need more time get a short series of check-ins over the next few weeks.
Every lead gets a follow-up, every time.
Turning closings into referrals: reviews on Zillow and Google
A review is the simplest way to turn one closing into the next deal. It's also the step most agents forget after closing day.
Many buyers and sellers check Zillow reviews before they pick an agent. Google reviews sit right on your Business Profile, next to your phone number. Ask every happy client for a review on both, ideally the week you hand over the keys.
Claude can draft the ask. Keep it short and personal, and send it yourself.
Each review helps the next buyer or seller on Google choose you. It also keeps you top of mind with past clients, which is where referrals come from.
Running the whole stack from Claude
Almost everything in this stack runs through Claude, which is what lets one busy agent keep the whole funnel moving.
Inside The 10-Hour Marketing Team program, you learn how to use every tool on this list, get the most out of each one, and run most of it from Claude, your marketing command center.
